How can I reschedule my flight with GoAir?

Rescheduling the ticket means to change flight to another date. If you have made a ticket reservation with GoAir and want to change your flight date, you can reschedule your GoAir ticket online. Must go through these simple steps:-

Via Manage Booking:

Change Go First flight date online

Reach the GoAir official website. https://www.flygofirst.com/
Click on the “Manage Booking” option. https://www.flygofirst.com/plan-my-trip/manage-booking/
Type the "PNR" and “Last name or Email” of your ticket, and tap on the Retrieve Booking button.
Your GoAir ticket will open, and you will see all the options to make changes to your flight.
Select the option of rescheduling your flight and choose your convenient date.
Pay the charges for your new ticket and submit it.
Now you can receive your new e-ticket in your email and download it.

Contact GoAir customer care for flight change

If your traveling plan is changed, you can change the GoAir flight date through the offline method using GoAir customer support.

Via phone:- You can make a call to the GoAir customer care number which is +91 22 6896 8300 or 1800-2100-999. Connect your call with a representative by following the guidelines of IVR and request to change the GoAir reservation date and make a new ticket.

Via live chat:- You can also obtain the live chat facility of GoAir. Go to the “Contact us” tab and see the “Need Help?” box in the bottom right and click on it. A virtual assistant for a live chat will open, and you will type to modify Goair ticket for another day. Mention your ticket details carefully and the next date you want to fly on.

What are the charges for rescheduling the GoAir flight?

You may understand that the Go First flight date change charges vary per your flight destination and ticket type. The extra charges are the difference in amount between the ticket price of your previous flight and the ticket price of your new flight booking. Here are the rescheduling charges:-

If you have frequent flier membership, you must pay INR 2500 and extra fares for a new flight, if applicable.
If you are an ordinary passenger, you will pay INR 3000 and an extra fee, if applicable, on your ticket.

GoAir flight change policy

As per the necessary points of GoAir flight change policy, the rescheduling charges for a GoAir ticket will not be paid if you make changes to your booking within 24 hours of your ticket confirmation. You will pay only the extra charges for the new flight and ticket if required. Also, suppose your first flight is delayed very much, and you have no fault. In that case, Go First gives you full authority to make changes to your ticket and select the next flight without paying Go First flight reschedule charges but paying only the extra charges for the seats if the prices are high, if applicable.

Can I change my seat after a web check-in GoAir?

If you have already done the online web check-in, you cannot change or select your seat via the online method, which means neither through the website nor the mobile app. You need to visit the airport counter for your seat selection and try to choose your preferred seat before departure. Like the other renowned airlines, GoAir also provides a prior check-in facility. The prior check-in may be done via GoAir mobile app, website, or airport kiosks.
